Easy Broccoli Beef

Products

¼ pound beef steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

1 step

Place coconut oil into a skillet or saucepan on medium heat and cook the beef for 4-5 minutes in the skillet.

2 step

Add the broccoli florets into the skillet and Sauté for 2 minutes then add in the garlic, ginger and soy sauce.

3 step

Serve immediately.
