Spicy cheese-meatballs

¼ pound ground beef
1 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp butter, for frying
2 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp red pepper or paprika powder
1 pinch chilli powder
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

In a medium bowl combine shredded Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, crushed red pepper and chilli powder.

Mix until well combined.

In another bowl combine the prepared sauce with the ground beef.

4 step

Sprinkle with black pepper and salt.

5 step

Mix very well with your hands.

6 step

Form small equal patties from the mixture.

7 step

Grease a skillet with butter and heat it over high heat.

8 step

Add the meatballs into the pan.

9 step

Cook until golden on both sides.
