Salmon-filled avocado

¼ pound smoked salmon
½ avocado
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Cut the avocado in 2 halves and remove the pit.

2 step

Add the heavy cream in the center of each of the avocado’s halves.

3 step

Then add the salmon over the heavy cream.

4 step

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and serve. Enjoy!
