Meat and Nuts Breakfast

¼ pound chicken breasts
3 tbsp macadamia
¼ cup steamed broccoli
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and place the chicken breasts.

Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

3 step

Place broccoli into deep dish, add water and a pinch of salt. Boil or a few minutes until tender, but be careful to not overcook them, as they will lose their important nutrients.

4 step

Serve the meat with the steamed broccoli and add macadamia nuts. Enjoy!
