Easy Zucchini Beef

Products

¼ pound beef, sliced into 1-2 inch strips
1 cup zucchini
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp garlic, diced or minced
2 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
2 tsp cilantro, chopped
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Prepare the ingredients.

2 step

Place coconut oil into a frying pan on high heat.
Add the strips of beef into the frying pan and saute for a few minutes on high heat.

3 step

When the beef is browned, add in the zucchini strips and keep sauteing.

4 step

When the zucchini is soft, add in the soy sauce, garlic, and cilantro.

5 step

Saute for a few minutes more and serve immediately.
