Brie cheese puffs

½ cup Brie cheese
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Cut the cheese into cubes (but first, if necessary, cut the rind off of it).

2 step

Place the cheese pieces on a parchment paper on a plate microwave for 1–2 minutes, or until melted and golden.

3 step

Let them cool and sprinkle with spices: black pepper, parsley. Enjoy!
