Keto Beef Wellington

Products

2 tbsp mozarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp almond flour
¼ pound tenderloin steaks, halved
1 tbsp butter
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp liver pâté
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

Season the beef with salt and pepper.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium high heat and add the seasoned beef.

Let the steaks cool, and in the meantime, heat up mozzarella cheese in the microwave, roughly 1 minute.

Stir in the almond flour.

5 step

Stir well until dough forms.

Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper.

7 step

Place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to make the dough flat.

Remove the second paper sheet.

Spread the pâté onto the dough.

10 step

Place the meat in one end of the dough.

Roll the dough and the meat.

Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place your dough.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
