15-Minute Marinated steak salad

Products

½ pound beef steak
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup lettuce
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
½ cup radishes, sliced
½ red bell pepper, chopped into slices
1 pinch salt
½ lemon, juiced
*All purple -colored products are essential.

Preparations

1 step

Marinade the steak in the soy sauce.

2 step

Place olive oil into a frying pan on high heat and cook the marinated steak (or grill the steak) to the level of doneness you like.

3 step

Prepare the salad by tossing the bell pepper, radishes and lettuce with the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to taste.

4 step

Place the steak on a plate for 1 minute. Cut the steak into slices, and place the slices on top of the salad.
